This study will assess the efficacy of both\nregimens in preventing TB in HIV-infected participants. Also, this study will\nassess the safety and tolerability of the regimens, adherence to the\ntreatments, and patterns of antibiotic resistance among those who had treatment\nfailure. Some of the patients will be enrolled into the pharmacokinetic\nsubstudy that will look at the drug concentration of RPT when used with dolutegravir\n(DTG) \/ tenofovir alafenamide (TAF).
