Need of comprehensive and individually\ntailored RH service. There is substantial, and continuously growing, scientific\nknowledge on RH issues; however, the medical model alone cannot answer the\ncomplex needs of this target group. Need of integration of service \u2013 clinical\ncare + RH service + psychosocial support. In about 20 years the number of HIV+\nadolescents is expected to start declining.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Low number of HIV+ adolescents\/health facility. Health education\non RH issues and safe sex practices at the pediatric department with\nstandardized tools is very much appreciated. The service can be improved by\nusing better the existing structure of family planning clinics in Thailand;\nimprove communication between pediatric and FP departments.
