Biography
Sira Sriswasdi, PhD, is a Lecturer at Research Affairs, Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University, and the head of Computational Molecular Biology Group (http://cmb.md.chula.ac.th). His interests lie at the frontier of computational biology research where data science and machine learning techniques are applied to solve biological and biomedical problems. Examples of his primary research topics include microbial genome evolution, mass spectrometry-based peptide identification, single-cell transcriptomics, and deep learning.
