Biography

Suvaporn Anugulruengkitt, MD, PhD, is an Associate Professor in Pediatrics at Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University and a researcher at the Center of Excellence for Pediatric Infectious Diseases and Vaccines in Bangkok. She has specialized as a pediatric infectious disease specialist since 2014. She has a broad background in pediatrics, with specific training and expertise in infectious diseases. While her early career established a foundation in preventing mother-to-child transmission (PMTCT), her recent work has focused extensively on HIV prevention and treatment among adolescents and young adults. In addition to her work in HIV, Dr. Anugulruengkitt has led the antimicrobial stewardship program at the institution, and to leverage implementation science to solve the complex challenges of infectious disease management.
