Suwasin Udomkarnjananun, MD, PhD

Dr. Suwasin completed his nephrology training and master of science from Chulalongkorn University. He is currently working as an attending nephrologist and an internist at Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand. His research interest includes kidney transplantation, dialysis, and kidney involvement in systemic diseases particularly in HIV patients. With the great help from the transplant team, the first case of kidney transplantation in a HIV-positive recipient was performed at Chulalongkorn University in 2020, which will increase the accessibility to transplantation for all HIV-positive ESRD patients in Thailand.
