Registration

Q: Why I did not received an e-mail to confirm my registration?
A: After registered, we will send the e-mail to confirm your registration. If you did not received the email, please use the above e-mail to report to symposium coordinator.
Payment

Q: Why I cannot paid registration fee with my credit card?
A: The CORPORATE, AMEX or DINERS card CANNOT use on online payment.

Q: I already paid registration fee but why my status still pending?
A: Online payment, it will take 1-2 working days to confirm with the bank before update your payment.
A: Bank transfer, please SEND a copy of bank pay-in slip and participant's name (if you use handwriting, please write in clearly) via fax at +66 (0) 2254 7574 or email to Ms.Nathapa Pitayanon (Symposium Coordinator) natthapa.p@hivnat.org
A: Student/Youth delegate (undergraduate), please SEND academic reference letter to proved that you are undergraduate student.

Q: I already registered during early bird rate but I still don't paid registration fee until over deadline. If I will pay registration fee, which I use the rate?
A: Standard rate.

Q: How can I receive my certificate?
A: You can download your certificate after last day of the symposium.

Q: How can I receive speaker's slide presentations or videos?
A: The speaker's slide presentation will take 1-2 week(s) to asking speaker's permission and upload. For videos will take about 1 month.
