Roles and Responsibilities
- Participant Care: Provide study information to research participants (Informed Consent) accurately and conduct research according to ethical standards.
- Clinical Skills: Perform medical procedures such as blood draws, IV fluid administration, oral/injectable medication administration, and pharmacokinetic (PK) sampling with expertise.
- Project Management: Screen and recruit participants based on defined criteria and efficiently manage assigned research cases within the team.
- Safety Monitoring: Assess participant symptoms, monitor Adverse Events (AEs), and coordinate closely with the Principal Investigator, including preparing standardized research reports.
- Data Management: Record research data into Case Report Forms (CRF) accurately following GCP-HSP standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with a valid Thailand Nursing and Midwifery License.
- Experience: 1–5 years of professional nursing experience (New graduates with high enthusiasm and an interest in research are also welcome).
- Skills: Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Technical: Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer software.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, ethical, and able to work effectively within an international multidisciplinary team.
