On October 28, 2025, we marked another milestone in global knowledge connectivity

The School of Global Health, Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University, together with the HIV Netherlands Australia Thailand Research Collaboration (HIVNAT) and the Thai Red Cross AIDS Research Centre (AIDSID), were honored to welcome delegates from the University of South Florida (USA), led by Prof. Lynette J. Menezes, PhD, Prof. Charurut Somboonwit, MD, and Mr. Jesse Casanova.

This visit highlights a promising opportunity and genuine intent to build strong academic and research partnerships between our partner institutions: the University of South Florida, Chulalongkorn University’s Faculty of Medicine, and HIVNAT. We engaged in fruitful discussions aimed at elevating and exchanging knowledge on medical and educational innovations. Specifically, we focused on planning the establishment of Fellowship Programs and Personnel Exchange Programs that will enhance the capabilities of future researchers and medical personnel to effectively respond to infectious diseases and global health challenges.
